Our counseling services can address a variety of issues such as stress management, depression, grief, family conflict, break-ups/divorce, LGBTQ+ issues, anger management, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders.
Our office offers support for youth and families through assessment and counseling services to youth 14 years and older who are facing problems at school, with peers, or at home. Our counseling services can address a variety of issues such as behavioral management, family conflict, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, high-risk behaviors, anger management, grief, trauma recovery, and mental health issues.
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employer-paid benefit that provides supportive, short-term counseling services to employees who are facing problems at work or in their personal lives in order to improve their mental and emotional well-being.
Services are offered to employees and their immediate family members. These services include assessments, short-term counseling, and referrals for further care if needed. EAP services can address a variety of issues such as substance abuse, stress management, grief, family conflict, anger management, and mental health disorders. All services are voluntary, confidential, and free of charge for the employee.
Our EAP counselor can also provide consultation to supervisors or administrators regarding management responses to employee challenges, workplace violence, trauma, and support for emergency response needs.
